I wore boots to school today. (Well, yesterday.) Although I can't say that no one wears them over here in Manila, a pair still causes several second looks and the occasional weird stares. I understand, it's a tropical country. But today it was raining pretty hard, and I had no intentions of getting my feet wet. I have an issue with those people who wear flip-flops on rainy days. Don't you get it, it's raining, Havaianas is for the beach. But then again a friend told me that it's easier to just get your feet drenched then douse it with alcohol afterwards rather than having wet shoes and socks. But. But. I still find exposed feet to rain, mud, and puddles extremely gross. Wet socks and ire-inspiring yet comfy boots do it for me. And plus, they were kick-ass boots. It's a pair that has gone with me to many memorable places. 

My sister's Toblerone cheesecake is the best.
I had such a big slice today after dinner that I felt dizzy after. But it was worth it~

Nothing special today, isn't that quite obvious? But I count it as a good day. Sometimes normalcy and regularity is so underrated.

I think boots on rainy days are understandable. If I had an awesome pair, I'd wear it too!
