The best thing to do with it, like Andrea said, is to pop it in the microwave for 10 seconds and let the cheesecake frosting melt. I usually go for those Valhrona dark chocolate cupcakes, but after the microwaving tip, I might've just been converted. 

Cupcakes + pizza + a relaxing day of swimming, some poolside laziness, a bottle of cheap Beringer White Zinfandel, a stash of happiness, and movie marathon-ing.
